Here at 3rdimension we employ a number of tools to help our customers produce prototypes of their designs. With that goal in mind we have invested in a I2R Industrial CNC Router.
This high precision machine can cut materials such as wood, thermoplastics, ABS, PE, PP, soft/hard PVC, Lexan ®, polyamide, Plexiglas ®, Carbon, non-ferrous metals and some elastomers/thermosets and mixed materials.

Our Flashforge Creator 3 3D printer allows us to produce complex prototypes quickly.
With all metal hot end extruders, we are able to print a large range of materials including polycarbonate, delrin and carbon and glass reinforced PLA as well as standard ABS, PETG and PLA.
The Creator 3 is also equipped with IDEX (Indendent Dual Extruders), these allow us to print in multiple different materials at once, as well as print water soluble supports
High accuracy, 0.05mm for a single scan
Sometimes at 3rdimension we get parts which need to be reproduced, this is mainly because the parts have gone out of production or require modifications to suit a different product.
As it can be difficult to reproduce the more complex parts through manual measurement techniques, here at 3rdimension we have invested in an EinScan SP desktop 3D scanner. This allows us to take multiple scans of an object and then stitch them together to produce a water tight 3d model.
The EinScan SP can either be used in Automatic mode or Fixed Mode.
In Automatic mode the part is rotated around in front of the scanner on a turn table, each time the table indexes the scanner takes a single scan. Once the specified number of rotations is completed the scanner aligns the scans using a combination of reflective markers and model features.
Our Einstar 3D scanner is perfect for scanning small and large objects, the scanner is equipped with 3 Infrared VCSEL Projectors, 2 Stereo Depth Cameras and 1 RGB Camera, the scanner collects high density point data with an accuracy of up to 0.1mm. This Data is then converted into a Triangular mesh which can be exported as a and STL, OBJ or PLY for use in a 3d CAD software.

Our Flashforge Adventurer 4 Lite printer allows us to produce complex prototypes quickly.
With Flashforges patented extruder technology we are able to print up to 265 deg C. This enables us to print a large range of materials including polycarbonate, delrin and carbon and glass reinforced PLA as well as standard ABS, PETG and PLA, TPU and TPE

Our Flashforge Foto 8.9 is a resin printer. These printers use a UV light source and a monochrome screen to selectively allow light through to cure a UV sensitive resin on the build plate. These printers are brilliant for fine detail models, with layer heights of 0.05mm achievable. Models are printed, washed and then post cured using a UV curing station. Once cured the models can be further post processed if required. This type of printing is very popular with miniature models and hobbyists.
The Flashforge printer can use either ABS like resin of standard 405nm UV resin. A wide range of colours are available, including transparent resins.
Super Fast Engraving: The LaserPecker 2 Laser Engraver with dual lens galvanometer technology makes this tool run super faster. 600mm/s max engraving speed, Frame/Graphic preview speed up to 3750mm/s.
Finer Details: The compressed spot of the LaserPecker engraving machine is as tiny as 0.05 * 0.05mm, smaller laser spot and double lens focus create more details to make your artwork more lifelike.
Functional: LaserPecker engraving machine can engrave paper, cardboard, wood, leather, acrylic, anodized/painted aluminum, stainless steel, etc.
360° Rotary: With the versatile electric roller, LaserPecker 2 laser engraver can do 360° rotary engraving on cylindrical, engraved surfaces such as tumbler/pencil, as well as mobile engraving, max 100x2000mm engraving size.
